Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Simple Mobility strives to accurately list all our products as best as possible. If you have received a product that is not in the condition or functionality as described, please send us a message within 30 days, so that we can solve the issue. We offer either a refund or replacement, depending on our current inventory volume. We offer free return shipping on all purchases. Please allow 48 hours after a return is delivered for processing. Please be sure to log out of any accounts on the phone including Samsung, Google, Email, etc. Before shipping, factory reset the phone, to ensure all personal data is removed. Should the phone arrive with the previously mentioned accounts still attached, the phone will have to be shipped back for the accounts / data to be removed, causing delays to the refund or replacement.

Simple Mobility currently accepts PayPal as a payment. All payments must be verified through PayPal prior to shipment.

Shipping Policy:
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
All orders are shipped via USPS. First Class mail is used for all free shipping. Priority Mail services are available for an additional fee. Tracking numbers will be provided. Please contact us for assistance with package tracking. Changes to shipping information that would void seller protection will result in the order being cancelled. In the case a return is necessary, all return postage documents will be provided to the email address associated with the shipment. Please refer to the return policy for further return policy details. Please wait until 24 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us regarding a missing package.
