The touchscreen works perfectly fine when using one's fingers, but if using a stylus there's a strip of the screen about half an inch thick that doesn't register the stylus going vertically, but registers horizontal movement. Running Windows 10, and includes the Silver Microsoft Surface Pro 3 128GB with Kickstand, Authentic Microsoft Charger and Power Cable, and JETech Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard with charging cord. This has an i5-4300U CPU and 4GB of RAM.

Great condition - Screen is near mint with a couple tiny scratches only visible when turn off. The sides and back are near mint with a couple tiny scratches.
