128GB 4GB model in black, comes with navy type cover and charger. Will come reformatted, so you can set up the way you like
Body is in good condition with expected scratches on the back, wear on the corners
Screen has some appearance, but not performance, issues. Yellowing around the edges, mostly noticeable on white/bright backgrounds on high brightness. Random dead or stuck pixels in the middle, most noticeable on black/dark backgrounds on high brightness. I've included pics on brightest settings to exaggerate the condition
