Works perfectly, Clean IMEI, running Android 5.0.1 and includes the Phone, Generic USB 2.0 Cable & Generic Wall Charger.

Factory Carrier Unlocked and works with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and International GSM Carriers.

Screen has a couple light scratches only visible with the screen off. The bottom left of the screen, where the software buttons illuminate has a clear mark that doesn't negatively impact anything. The sides and back have dot-size white scuffs along them.
