This phone is a replacement for one that I purchased in October 2015. There was a problem with the battery on the original phone, and Apple tried to replace it. The phone would not turn on after the replacement, so they gave me a brand new phone. This was in July or August of 2017, so the phone is a little more than a year old. The phone is not currently under a contract or lease agreement. The warranty on the original phone was transferred to this phone and is no longer in effect. The phone has not been jailbroken or rooted. Maximum capacity is 88% and peak performance capability is normal. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know. Thanks for your interest.
