$320 is kinda high for a used watch in good condition. Can we meet somewhere in the middle?
The only thing makes it good not mint is the nylon band which with regular usage looks bit worn out..
I can see the wear in the band. That, in my opinion, keeps it from being mint. I can come up to $295.
