Unlocked / HTC One M9 / Gold on Silver / Dev Edition Converted / In Box / Perfect Device!!
Hello,
Picked this device up two days ago and decided to spend the $25 to S-OFF unlock this device and convert it to the 100% official, hassle free HTC Developer Edition. This ensures the fastest updates and no AT&T bloatware or unremoveable apps. This phone has never left my desk. I'm only selling it as I prefer the gunmetal color of the M9 I already have. This device is 100% mint! Comes in box with all accessories, only the USB was used to get the device converted. This is not on AT&T next or a contract, and is a month to month contract free device. I have submitted for a SIM unlock and I am waiting for the code from AT&T. This phone is 100% stock and not rooted or modified, it will receive all updates directly from HTC.
Damage description
MINT, I never took it off my desk.

No I'm sorry I can't go that low. That's what the refirbs are going for here. This is brand new and converted to dev
You listed this as New (resale) but you have used the device to convert it to the developer edition so I do not think it can still be listed as "New (resale)" according to swappa's criteria. You had to use the device to convert it so it has technically been used. Also this listing states "The seller has indicated the device is not rooted, ROM'd, or otherwise software-modified after purchase." But you S-off'ed the device which is in fact modifying the device. S-off is a pretty major modification to the device.
I think we are splitting hairs here Michael. Yes, it's S-OFF. However the phone isnt "rooted, ROM'ed or modified," it was software converted to be a Developer Edition device, and runs and operates as such as intended. S-OFF was required to better the device.
My other option was to list it in the M9 Unlocked section, which would just be as questionable with an AT&T logo on the back.
This device is now unlocked and I will include the code with the sale.
Did you bought it from best buy? They were selling for 250 brand new. I can offer you 275 to include the cost of s-off. Technically the phone is not new anymore since you opened it and s-off it. Thanks
250 plus tax plus s off plus swappa fee plus PayPal fee is not 275. Sorry, no thanks. Last new one went for 350 and that didn't have a 25 dollar s off with it. New or opened to s off new.
Final price drop. Any lower and Ill just return it to the store I got it from.
