The device is in great condition, has had one owner and was purchased at a T-Mobile store. There is a small crack where the pen inserts, but does not impact the functionality of the device in any way. The pen works and comes with extra nibs, however the chrome on the bottom chipped away. The battery is original. The screen has been covered by an original invisibleshield since purchase. I will include an unlock code that was provided by T-Mobile. The code has been untested but should work, however I do not offer any guarantees on this.
