Does it come with the pen or keyboard? You have previously mentioned the dock is for a different model.

The charger is aftermarket. The OEM adaptater that came with the surface originally was faulty, however I had the one noted above working fine for several months w/o issues.

Hello does the surface comes with office ?

This device does not come with office. I believe you have to purchase that on your Microsoft account via Office 365, which last time I checked ran for $6/mo.
