This is a brand new iPhone that we just received from the Apple Store as a replacement today so it will come with a minimum of a 90 day warranty through Apple. This is brand new and never used; it still has the factory plastic on it and has never been activated. Because of this, there is no wear or damage of any kind. It is a new iPhone so it will be in perfect condition.

It is unlocked to work with any mobile carrier in the world.

Hi Angie! You actually should be able to. If not, Square actually offers a better warranty program that is far less expensive. Plus it also covers it if the device gets lost. I would actually recommend that over AppleCare
