Because of the good condition and all the extras I would accept $95 for the package or $90 without having to mail the Galaxy Not 2 book.
Screen is perfect. Has had protective cover and it too is clean and clear.
Have you had any issues with it rebooting and getting stuck in boot loops?

I don't know. It is a T-Mobile phone and I have always used T-Mobile. T-mobile told me if it was locked they could unlock it for me after I used it for several months but I never bothered.
$70 ? Let me know. I am also looking around to buy any affordable phone.
