The Wireless Guys is located in Richardson, TX. All phones can be purchased directly in store. You can buy with confidence since we are a store and will be held liable for defective or bad ESN phones. All phones are checked with a 17 point checklist, and must pass all tests before we send you the device. All devices come with a 14 day warranty from the date of delivery. We do not provide sim cards, data transfer, or activation service. All prices are non-negotiable.

**Shipping -**

Priority mail shipping is included for all orders over $200, anything under $200 will be shipped using first class mail. Signature is not required for delivery unless your order is over $750. We do not purchase insurance as delivery confirmation is our insurance with Paypal, if you would like to pay extra for insurance/signature please contact us after you make your purchase.

**Definition of Grades -**

A+ Grade - A+ is reserved only for MINT condition phones with NO signs of usage, these devices will look like new, with no damage, scratches whatsoever. Approximately 10% of our phones will be defined as “A+ Grade”

A Grade - device has very minimal usage, including only very small scratches or dings, no major cosmetic damage or deep scratches. Approximately 30% of our phones will be defined as “A Grade”

B Grade - device has normal usage, a little heavier wear and tear than A Grade, may have screen scratches, and dings on more than one corner. Approximately 50% of our devices will be defined as “B Grade”

C Grade - device will have significant signs of wear and tear, including but not limited to, deep/heavy screen scratches, deep/heavy dings, LCD burn, and other major cosmetic defects. Approximately 10% of our phones will be defined as "C Grade"
