Grey back, always been screen protected (still has it on, is starting to peel off but you can replace). Works perfectly. Includes original box but no other accessories. Not sure the OS, sorry.

Hey Jessica, I noticed that there were a couple of marks on the screen in the first image (one smudge along the horizontal line above English, and another darker spot towards the center right of the screen). Are those/are there any marks on the screen itself, or are those removable/only present on the screen cover?
And has the battery been replaced and would you be able to check the battery health (from Apple's instructions):
"For iPhone 6 and later, iOS 11.3 adds new features to show battery health and recommend if a battery needs to be replaced. These can be found in Settings > Battery > Battery Health (Beta)."

@ Garrett I'm not sure which lines you're referring to. They are probably on the screen protector since it was put on right when we got the phone but I'm not sure.

The battery health is decent/ok, was used for about 2 years 4 months so while the battery works fine, the new owner will probably want to replace the battery. Hope that helps!
Hi good morning Jessica. Does the phone screen have any scratches? What blimishes scuffs or scratches does the phone have? Also did you find out the battery health?
Hi, I cannot check the battery as I cannot get into the settings since the phone is disconnected. Sorry... as I said above, the battery works ok (I'd say 6 out of 10) so there is no urgent need to replace the battery but the new owner may want to do so to have a fresh battery. Sorry I can't be more helpful...
