I purchased this item for my husband. No one can hear him speaking on the other end. Sounds like he is under water. Just realizing that this is a constant issue happening with the phone or would have notified you sooner, I just thought maybe he wasn't speaking into the phone, but it is the same with every phone call. No one can hear him. Very disappointed and would like to return this item to you. Should not have listed as "good" condition.
