It is a brand new device from apple. Will have a 90 day warranty from them upon activation. Never used before. It replaced a separate device.

No you may not have a copy of the IEMI screen. What are you looking for?
I'm looking for the model number from the "About" screen. It's also called the part number when you're looking at the back of the box on a new phone.

It was a retail repair and the receipt is uploaded. It cost $350.90. The plastic on the phone as pictured is original apple plastic. The phone will have a 90 day warranty when it is activated.

It is located at Settings > General > About
You cant get to the settings unless you activate the phone. It is an A1778 like all Iphones in this area.... I don't know why I'm being asked this question....
