Is this factory unlocked for any Carrier?

It is for any GSM carrier . But like I mentioned in the description, it appears MeteoPCS wont supprt this phone. I personally tested on T-Mobile and at&t and cricket. It works. Others should work but I have not tested on each and every carrier. If there is information you need I can provide like imie etc
