I currently have TMobile as service. If I buy this phone would all I need to do is remove my SIM card from my current phone and install it in this one?

Putting an active sim card in and setting up your Google account should be all you need to do. It'll already be charged when you get it. You can skip the Google part if you want limited functionality.

Additional payments for expedited shipping can be added through the sale page after a sale. Or alternatively, the price of the listing could be adjusted (to include the added expedited shipping) before a purchase is made.
