Galaxy Note 3 vs Galaxy Note 5
Upgrading from a Galaxy Note 3 to a Galaxy Note 5 will give you a nice overall performance boost. The Galaxy Note 5 feature set included a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display at 2560 x 1440, along with 4GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage space (on the global model), a 5MP front-facing camera and a 16MP rear-facing camera. The stylus slot was spring-loaded on the Galaxy Note 5, and Samsung also added a new Screen Off Memo feature that woke the screen for a note when the stylus was removed. Overall, the Galaxy Note 5 would be a welcomed upgrade, however, Samsung removed the microSD card slot and shipped the handset with a non-removable battery.
