Shipping on Swappa

Hello! Does a seller have to purchase their sales shipping label (via USPS, UPS or FedEx) and take full responsibility for that full cost?

Hello Maria,
A seller is responsible for all costs of shipping including materials, getting a tracking number, shipping costs, and insurance (highly recommended) on the package incase the courier loses or damages the item before it is received by the buyer.
