Please be sure to review their payment details. The Trade-in Partner will pay you promptly upon receipt and inspection of your device. Swappa requires that the quoted trade-in value be honored for a minimum of 14 days. ## How do I trade in my device? After the device has been received and inspected, you will be paid for your trade-in by our Partner as long as the device sent is as-described. ## How do I ship my phone to a Trade-in Partner? The Trade-in Partner will provide you with a printable shipping label. Place your device securely in a shipping box and attach the label.
