Here on Swappa, buyers can leave feedback for sellers when marking a sale as complete to provide a summary of how the seller handled the sale. This is used along with a thumbs up/thumbs down system to provide a general assessment along with the actual feedback.

We don't moderate the feedback that buyers leave for sellers unless the content in the feedback is abusive (false summary of the sale, sharing personal information about the seller, etc.) or inappropriate (contains profanity, name calling, political comments, or personal attacks). However, we do encourage buyers to leave a comment on any sales when an issue arises instead of jumping straight to leaving poor feedback. This will ensure the seller is first allowed a chance to address the problem before they're given a negative review.

Our legacy (star-based) feedback guidelines can be found here.
