Did not have a positive experience. The phone I ordered was shipped in substandard packaging (wrapped in a much larger box, with small-sized bubble-wrap wrapped a couple of times and a handful of packing peanuts). The phone arrived with scrapes on the glass (advertised as mint). I requested a return and an exchange, but ultimately I requested a refund instead of an exchange because the seller was slow to respond to multiple messages requesting assistance to resolve the problems with this order.

The phone arrived on time and exactly as described. Communication with the seller was timely. I definitely would buy from this seller again.

Seller mistakenly sent the wrong model. Trying to exchange it for the correct model proved quite difficult and the seller was not very accommodating, which surprised given the fact that it was their mistake. Ultimately I opted to stick with the lesser model I received, rather than continue going back and forth with the seller.
