Phone looks beautiful, excited to start using it :)

There is a hairline scratch on the screen some faint scratches on the bottom right edges. I would not consider it mint. Packaging could have been a lot better. It was definitely sloshing around in the box during shipment.

Purchased a phone from this seller that was advertised as mint condition. Phone arrived with a scratched screen, wear on the frame. Communication has been an issue...seller advertises expedited shipping options, but is nonresponsive when asked about them. Seller agreed to a partial refund due to condition, but refund was never issued.

Phone arrived on time, was exactly as described

Phone arrived with a chipped corner and not "mint" condition as advertised. Seller offered $15 partial refund due to item not arriving in advertised condition. Not sure if it was damaged in transit due to poor packing (lots of empty space in box for the phone to bounce around in during shipment) or if it already had this damage before shipment. I felt like the partial refund was a bit too small when comparable devices were selling for much less, but the seller is not very good with replying to comments in a timely manner and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. After I accepted the refund solution I waited over a week for seller to reply or issue the refund and sent 3 messages before getting swappa involved, but in the end the issue was resolved.

Battery life wasn't at 87% like advertised but wasn't too far off I guess at 84% and had food in the edges of the oven phone when received
