Most of our shipping is through the United States postal service (USPS). Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling, & any other associated fees. Shipping is a fixed price and is NOT negotiable.

We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 11:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7:00) the same day. Due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, some orders may ship the following morning. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Mountain Time (GMT-7:00) will be shipped the following morning.

We use USPS to ship all item(s) for customers that provide a P.O. box address.

Returns & Refunds

All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC will not accept any item for return that does not have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This number can be obtained by contacting us. 1-877-853-2927 or [email protected]. No refund will be issued until the item is returned to Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC and inspection is completed.
If you’re not satisfied with the purchase, you may return item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of original delivery date. Each return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC.
A prepaid return label is provided with every order. Contact Used Cell Phone Depot to obtain a RMA number before sending your item back. Most problems can be resolved with a quick phone call or email!
Once a RMA number has been assigned, please write the number somewhere on the package before sending it back.
Any missing or damaged items returned to Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC will be assessed accordingly. Customer may be liable for costs associated with damaged products.
Please note that a RMA number does not guarantee a full refund, as all returns are subject to inspection and shipping deductions when applicable.
All items must be returned in a cardboard box, preferably the original box we used to ship the device to you. DO NOT return items in padded envelopes. Customer is responsible for deactivating and wiping all data from every device. This includes iCloud/FindMyiPhone accounts and Samsung Activation Lock. Phones returned that are still active cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items returned will be tested by Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC technicians. If a technician is unable to replicate the problem specified by customer, customer will be charged the total cost of all the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee (Minimum $10.00). If shipping was free to the customer, shipping charges originally covered by Used Cell Phone Depot, LLC will be assessed to the customer. This will include both original and return shipping costs.
Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned back to you.
Any and all item(s) returned by the shipping company due to return to sender, missing apartment number(s), incorrect street number(s), incorrect address and/or refusal of delivery will be refunded less: 1) Original shipping fee, 2) $10.00 return fee and 3) 15% restocking fee. All three charges will apply.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If a customer received free shipping and handling on original order, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
SHIPPING IS NON REFUNDABLE (If returning an item, fees apply even if shipping was free on original order).
