Phone came well wrapped into bubble-wrap, with charger like on picture and completely discharged. After charging for couple of hours was able to check all features. All seams to be working good so far. Registered it to my account without any problems. Physical appearance though was not what i expected. Phone has a little crack on body in area of front camera, on the top. Body has some dents on the bottom side and somewhat chipped off edges on front around screen. Posted pictures are blurry and nothing is visible. Seller's picture of rear of the phone has visible factory sticky label with bar code. The one that I've got has no sticky label, just rubbed off spot. Perhaps mix up pictures of the different device sale?

Phone was not a Sprint device, it was a T-Mobile variant. I was not able to use the device on Sprint and had to change carriers.
