It’s not meeting my needs and I’m getting message that battery isn’t recognized. May I exchange it for an iPhone 13 with 256gb?

Item arrived, the pen somehow clicked out in shipping it seems however it was packaged in a way that it could not fully leave the phone so there was no risk of scratching the device. There were no visible signs of damage on the casing. there were 3 tiny micro scratches that you can only notice if you blast the screen with light in the top right, but even then they are barely noticeable, I have gone through the checklist and so far everything seems to be working upon arrival, and the IEMEI number matched. I would say the phone arrived as described and I would recommend my experience thus far.

The appearance of the phone was amazing. However, after a few weeks the random dimming of the screen began. As well as the touch screen navigation. There were times when the phone started to warm up while charging. These issues happen periodically and are not constant. I have decided to keep the phone despite, considering I am in The Bahamas and used a freight forwarder and don’t want to have to deal with all the hassle.
