The iPhone 8 is one-third of the 11th generation iPhone lineup, which also includes the iPhone 8 Plus and the iPhone X.  The iPhone 8 price when released in September 2017 was $699 for the 64GB model. Apple also released a 128GB and a 256GB version. The 256GB iPhone 8 had the highest price of the bunch and launched with an MSRP of $849.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple kept the iPhone 8 around for several years, even as new models were being introduced. Apple lowered the retail price of the iPhone 8 each time a new iPhone was released, but those price drops can’t really be compared to the price drops you would see if you were browsing the gently used market.
