The A1660<\/strong> is the GSM+CDMA model and works on pretty much any carrier, including Verizon and Sprint. A1660<\/strong> models have CDMA support which Verizon and Sprint use for 2G and 3G connectivity. The A1660<\/strong> is sold by Apple as the SIM-free model and is typically used by Apple for replacement devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iPhone 7 model A1778<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The A1778<\/strong> is the GSM-only version, sold as the carrier model for AT&T and T-Mobile, and won\u2019t work fully with CDMA networks.
