UPDATE 5: The CPSC has officially\u00a0announced the recall of all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 devices. This includes both the\u00a0original\u00a0and new replacements. <\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are still urging\u00a0sellers to continue and work with buyers to return these devices. Once returned, The seller should reach out to the carrier or retail store to return this devices.<\/p>\n

UPDATE 4: Replacement devices have now been deemed unsafe by Samsung as reports of faults grow. They have called for all carrier and retail partners globally to stop sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note 7.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
Due to this, we are\u00a0strongly urging\u00a0Sellers on Swappa who have sold a Note 7 device to work with\u00a0buyers\u00a0on a return. Sellers can then reach out to Samsung, their carrier, and\/or retail store to get a refund.<\/div>\n
