Jack: The price will stay at $249 for the next few days. If your limit is $230, I encourage you to wait until I drop the price to that point, or purchase another device. As of writing, there is a 32GB developer edition Moto X for sale for $225.
The box is the box the phone was shipped to me in, so the IMEI and serial number both match.
Is the headphone new or in mint condition ? and function flawlessly ? (sorry for huge amount of questions :) )
