i want to buy this phone now but i have little problem here.
1. what other conditions are not perfect with the phone.
2. i have a verified paypal account that linked with my visa card but not registered in US because i school somewhere while registering it, and from the condition, you dont ship outside USA.

Now the question is my address is in new jersey, can i still proceed and buy and forward it to my address in mountainside,NJ. Everything bears my name including Paypal. so no fraud here. Let me know your thought.
