This device is in very good condition. The only blemishes are a barely visible scratch in the middle of the screen, a small dent next to the lock button, and some minor paint chipping on the top left corner and stylus.

Is charge port right and work no weird positions to get to charge lol. No issues with phone and battery is still good?
No issues with the charging, the battery holds charge, and the phone has no issues. My two year agreement expired and I got an upgrade otherwise I would still be using this phone.
Sounds good, I'm wanting a note and I can handle the 5.5 screen better than the 5.7 3&4 Idk why it makes much difference but does for me lol. Does it just come with box and phone?

No power cord or wall adapter but it will work with any standard android charger
