Excellent working order!
Good condition phone. Has a good amount of wear and tear, as can be seen from the pictures. There are a few very light scratches throughout the screen, though not noticeable when the screen is in use. There are about 2-3 deeper but small scratches on the middle-right of the screen, but I could not capture them with the camera. Regardless, they still do not affect the screen in the least, but in the name of full disclosure, I am mentioning them here.
Has been in a smoke free house.
I used this on Ting, so you shouldn't have any issues using it on other Sprint backed MVNOs.
