This is a 6 month old Galaxy S5 from Verizon, still in warranty.
The phone is in excellent shape, with the exception of some blemishes to the outer metal ring in the upper left and top edges of the phone, caused by a case. These will be unnoticeable when the phone is put into a case. The display and the rest of the phone are flawless.

I do not know what data Tmobile will get. It's fully unlocked so I would imagine if you put in the correct service settings it will be fine.
