How did you root your droid ? I have the same phone but 2.3.2 version.

It was a couple years ago when I rooted my droid so I don't remember the details. I seem to remember it involved flashing .sbf files using a Motorola tool called RSD Lite. I used instructions that were posted on www.droidforums.net at the time. If you have Android 2.3.2 (which is Gingerbread) on your phone, that would suggest that it may already be rooted, or was rooted at one time. Good luck.
