Excellent condition - 4 Batteries - External charger - 4 protective covers - Unlocked. Jelly Bean
This phone is in excellent condition. The screen still looks brand spanking new. No scratches or nicks of any kind...not even the tiny micro ones on the screen. It really does look great and has been kept in excellent condition always inside a case.
Phone comes with everything pictured plus the Original Box.
Unlocked...it works great on T-Mobile or AT&T. I had it on T-Mobile with HSPA+ 4G in Los Angeles with no problems.
Damage description
The phone looks basically new except on the bottom side of the plastic where you can see some normal wear and tear like micro nicks and scratches that aren't even that easy to see...and some friction rub on one of the back covers due to phone always being in case.
Battery covers stay on just fine, but a little loose on one side. Maybe from me swapping the batteries all the time. I always have phone in case so this is never noticeable or a problem for me.
Bottom line, the phone is in great condition.

Sorry the pics I posted is everything I took at the time. My description above is very accurate. I don't believe the Note has LTE. You would need the Note II to get LTE. It does have 4G HSPA+ though that can get pretty fast speeds (all dependent upon your coverage area).
I looked into the LTE question further...it appears that the phone may support LTE. But I would suggest you do some further research to find out for certain. I use the phone on T-Mobile in Los Angeles, so I can't test LTE as there is no T-Mobile LTE yet in Los Angeles.
Would you take $250? i will purchase immediately after your approval. Thanks
No sorry...I just lowered the price. I'm lowering it at a very slow rate as I just listed locally on Craigslist.
Do you still have this? I am ready to buy, new to swappa but have heatware feedback from buying on other forums, the link is this http://heatware.com/eval.php?id=73537
