I am interested in this phone but I would like clear pictures of the front, back, and sides. Are there any scratches or scuffs on it anywhere?

I don't do return policies as a rule, because things can get messy.... That's not to say I'd never allow a return, under the right circumstances.
Maybe I can address your concerns?
Been going on 3 years with the same phone to keep my unlimited plan on Verizon so I'm new to the used phone scene. My main worry is battery life as I've heard of a fault with One M8's with the battery. Can you post a picture of the battery fully charged? The $20 off would have been to cover service fee if it needed to be replaced.
Charging it right now (it's at 63% as of this post)... Will upload a photo when it's at 100%.
