Excellent condition.
Beautiful screen, with screen protector on all the time (you might see the screen protector misaligned at home button, not a defect).
Little, hardly seen dent on top right corner (pictured)
There might be light scratches here and there if really looking at close-up.
Good battery life.
Included:
+Box, manual, cable and charger.
+1 screen protector, as a courtesy, I'll remove current screen protector, and include 1 unused.
+Roocase (Red), this case took all the the wears/tears, dirts and damages for the iPad. I included so you have something to protect at the first place, you might want to get another one.

Notes on the iOS of this iPad:
+It hasn't been jailbroken at any time. Current OS is iOS 7, totally upgradable to newest 8.1.2.
iOS 7 is jailbreakable, not sure about 8.1.2. I just leave an open option, if you prefer to do so.
