It is not unlocked. I just reduced the price. $410. is still a little low. $415?

Can you get the unlock code from AT&T? Buying a code from the internet is around 30 dlls.

AT&T requires that the phone be an activated phone on their service. This phone is not activated. If you have been with AT&T for a while, they will unlock it for you if you buy it.

Do you have the purchase receipt that came with the phone so the factory warranty is valid?

I would have to look for one. I have moved several times and I am not sure I still have it. If you need service, it is not necessary to provide a receipt to Samsung to obtain service. They go by the IMEI number to see if it is still under warranty. Since this is a relatively new phone, you should be well within the 2 year warranty. I have never been hassled by Samsung when I needed service. I have had two phones serviced and 1 complete replacement and they just used my IMEI number to get the warranty info.

I am willing to pay your asking without haggling, provided -
1. This is a new unit and not factory refurbished. It is a little unclear to me as to why you have a device that has only been checked for functionality
2. You can ship today

Your concerns are understandable. I bought it as a new unit. It still had all the protective films on the screen and bezel and back. If it is other than new, then I've been had! As I mentioned before in my listing, I purchased it for work just before my employer gave me a new phone (a couple of days). I didn't want to mess with setting up a new phone and then have to do it all over again. I can ship today late this afternoon or early morning. I am not sure if I can get it shipped before closing today but I can sure try.
