Data drops? Is it an issue with the operating system or physical damage? I will buy at asking price if it is not an issue with the operating system, Please comment.

It happens in any rom. It happens mostly in my home because I have very low signal over there and the data vanishes. But if I'm in an area with good signal it doesn't happen.
