The phone is included as well as the battery, and back cover. No sim card is included. Also not as a lock on the phone, but for the phone's security there is a passcode and that is 0000. You can change it once you get the phone.
Damage description
On the bottom of the frame there is cracked lines and a crack by the headphone jack in the back cover. There also some defects/ color spots on the back cover.

What version of Android is this on? If it is on 4.0.4 or you could get it to that version I can buy today.
