Awesome little phone! Purchased from MotoMaker in March. No issues whatsoever. Works wonderfully on AT&T service!
On the back is the phrase "ne calcabit super me" loosely translated from "don't tread on me" (MotoMaker kept that phrase somehow after I removed it before ordering the phone). You can't see it with the case on. Of course, you could always just get a different back for it!

Is it the XT1053 model, and are there any scratches on the screen?

@Alfred - Yes, this is the XT1053 model. There is a barely visible scratch (only at certain angles) which can be seen in the second picture. Near the top 3rd of the screen below the earpiece. Definitely does not affect usage.
