The screen has light, shallow hair-like scratches only visible when off. The sides have some light scratches and black marks on the silver bezel. The back also has a few light,hair-like scratches only visible at an angle.

Factory Carrier Unlocked and will work on T-Mobile, AT&T, and International GSM Carriers.
