This phone is in excellent condition. Very minor wear and tear on the bezel, one tiny scuff. Looks almost new. I would rate it 9.5/10.

I just looked it over again, it looks almost new except for the small scuff on the corner in the picture. Most importantly, the screen is 10/10, so scratches at all. I modified the price.

If you receive it and have a different opinion of the phone, let me know and I'll gladly refund your money, but I'm sure I won't need to :)
