Samsung Galaxy S5 Verizon (Developer Edition) with Battery Charger

This is a Samsung Galaxy S5 Developer Edition for the Verizon Network. I have already installed a custom recovery for testing and will have rooted ROM installed on the device. The device is in near perfect condition with no scratches on the device. There has always been a glass screen protector installed which is still on the device.

This S5 has an unlocked bootloader and it was purchased directly from Samsung.

I will also include the Samsung OEM spare battery and it's separate charger which is great for always having a fully charged spare battery.

Why are you selling? This is exactly what I'm looking for, but want to cover my bases. Also, would you take a like-new Note 3 with original box and $200? I'll pay $500 cash if not, but trying to avoid having to turn around and sell my Note 3.
