The applecare is most likely expired as this was a show case phone which was transferred to my name and I will only take 330 consider many here are only selling the 16gb model so this is technically a steal...

It should have 6.0.1 and I would unlock it but as I said its only a temporary unlock ( lasts 60 days) I verified with verizon
