This is a new replacement unit given to me by Sprint to replace my old broken red HTC One, I watch them take it out of the box and completely unwrap it. It was only used for about a week before I left sprint, I carrier unlocked, rooted it, unlocked the bootloader and achieved S-OFF. I attempted to use it on AT&T service and as some of you may know is pretty much impossible if you want LTE... I was able to get calls but that's about it. So this is being sold as a sprint unlocked phone, which can be used here in the States on Sprint carriers such as Boost Mobile, virgin mobile, and Ting. For about 45 bucks a month. You can however use it in other countries, because it is a world phone, I can assure you it's fully carrier unlocked, so if their network supports the frequencies then you're good to go.

The phone itself is in near new condition, the reason why I got a new phone in the first place was because of the common HTC One camera issue and this phone does not have that issue.
It comes with the original packaging still fully sealed, that includes the USB cable, the wall charger, the headphones, and the original documentation booklets. Also the original box for the old HTC One, sadly they would not give me the new box in which the HTC One came in from the store. I asked but they weren't going to allow it.
It will also come with 4 extra Cases: a black anodized aluminum bumper case, a Red TPU case, a leather wallet "Slightly Broken" , and a 4200 mAh battery pack case. Last but not least a pair of sweat resistant bluetooth Altec headset.

Honestly, I really wish I could keep this phone, not going to lie I kinda fell in love with it. The red on this phone is just so sexy, but sadly I have no use for it. Sprint in my area is terrible, and their customer service pisses me off to no end. So despite their network getting better, I will never return to them. Whoever gets this phone will end up loving it just as much as I have, despite its age it is still a very capable phone. I've even been playing modern combat 4 on the highest graphical setting and kicking ppls ass online with it.
