Guaranteed factory unlocked? What is the Android OS? 4.3?

Guaranteed unlocked. Android OS is Lollipop...5.0 Updated about 2/1/2015 with no issues. Works great.
This is an unbranded GSM phone. Not tied to AT&T or T-Mobile purchased from Target Corp. August 2014. I purchased the Samsung S-view case with wireless charging from Amazon. This case replaces the original back case.

So after more than a year how is the current performance(speed) of the phone?Because every Samsung phone tends to get slow after a year or so as per the reviewers.

I have not noticed any speed reduction issues with the Note 3, However, I am not a heavy user. Not a lot of apps loaded. With past smart phones, when I have noticed performance issues, I have done a factory reset. Performance always returns after a factory reset. I have never had to do a factory reset on the Note 3. I will be doing a factory reset and confirming my data is wiped on this phone once it sells.

Does this phone include the S-pen also ? Also do you have the original back case I don't need the wireless charge case as I don't have the wireless charger..

I'll upload some more pictures and show the S-Pen is included. The back case is located at our winter home in Columbia, MO. I will ship it and the original box to the buyer when we return to our winter home in October 2015. There is an advantage to the S-View case as it also covers the front of the phone for added protection even if you don't use the wireless charging capability. You can still charge the phone with the cable. You don't need the wireless charge base. I just find the wireless charging easier. Unfortunately if I can't sell the phone for $275, I am going to keep it. I originally listed the price at $299.
