Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 Pebble Blue with CyanogenMod 11
This phone has been used with no problems in the US with an AT&T SIM and also in Spain with an Orange SIM. Has CyanogenMod 11 on it. Pebble Blue. Comes with USB and charger.
Damage description
Some minor cosmetic marks on the body around the phone and the back cover. The screen is near flawless (Just a couple tiny scratches, too small to see while using the phone...you have to angle it just right in good light to see them).

Can I use this phone anywhere internationally? I am going to Italy and I really need an international phone.
Yeah, you'd just need to get a SIM card in Italy. I used Orange in Spain, they were super easy to work with (and they're in Italy too).
Okay last question, can I use this when I get back home to the U.S. to activate with my company?
Yes, absolutely! You just get a SIM from whatever carrier you want. I've personally used it with AT&T in the U.S., and Orange in Spain (and France for half a day).
what exactly should i expect when it says the phone is "rooted"
