Yes there is free two day shipping. And no, there are no scratches on the screen from what I can tell.
I will ship it tomorrow because the post office is closed now and it should get to you Saturday depending on your location. There is a slight chance it gets delayed to Monday because USPS takes 3 days to deliver to some locations.
I'll do 260 if i can see pictures of the phone close up with the screen off. Maybe higher if it looks really good.

Can you do $280 if that's possible? Because I'm also using Priority Shipping which is like $12 or so itself
100$ more for a 32gb version is a lot of money, just trying to decide between this and the 1gb.
I'm going to give you unbiased advice. I used the Nexus 5 with 16GB of storage when it first came it out with Android 4.4. If I remember correctly, there was approximately 10 or 11GB of usable storage after the OS. Android 5.0 takes up more space and Android M will take up even more space. If you think that approximately 7 or 8GB usable will work for you, the 16GB will be better. Keep in mind, that photos and apps take up a lot of space. Hope this helps.
